Secretary is a voting member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors as well as the Steering Committee Board of Directors Maintain and update Board of Directors Handbook Track and update pertinent and legal documents in: Online filing system Hard copy in safe deposit box (People’s National Bank in Port Jefferson) Attends all meetings Advise board members of upcoming meeting dates Record and distribute minutes of meetings Draft agenda for upcoming meetings President will advise Secretary for agenda items Steering Committee Secretary attends all meetings Record and distribute minutes of meetings Notify leaders of upcoming meeting dates
