Volunteer Board Liaison (Remote)

Sante Imanite is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to humanitarian relief, preventive health, mental wellness, education, and community development. We are seeking an organized and collaborative volunteer to serve as our Board Liaison and help strengthen communication between executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Position Summary The Volunteer Board Liaison serves as the primary communication link between the CEO and the Board of Directors. This role helps ensure board members receive timely information, meeting materials, and follow-up on key initiatives, allowing the CEO to focus on expanding the organization's mission through volunteer recruitment, partnerships, fundraising, and program development. Responsibilities Coordinate communication between the CEO and the Board of Directors. Schedule board and committee meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and board packets. Track board meeting action items and follow up on assignments. Maintain organized board records and documentation. Support onboarding of new board members. Coordinate committee communications and updates. Assist with planning board meetings, retreats, and governance activities. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with administrative support, project coordination, or nonprofit operations is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
