About Waterbury PAL
The Waterbury Police Activity League (PAL) brings together young people, police officers, and community volunteers through athletics, education, and mentorship. For over 60 years, PAL has offered Waterbury's youth positive activities and trusted adult relationships that steer them toward success.
Programs include boxing, basketball, football, and other sports, as well as academic support and leadership development. By fostering cooperation between kids and the officers who coach them, PAL builds understanding and strengthens the community.
Volunteers coach sports teams, mentor youth, and support tournaments and academic programs.
